  1. Booking Confirmation:

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
    • The remaining balance must be cleared before the trip departure.
  2. Payment:

    • Payments can be made through our secure online payment portal or bank transfer.
    • Any bank charges incurred during the process are the responsibility of the client.
  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellations made 30 days before the trip start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 15 days of the trip start date will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
  4. Refund Policy:

    • No refunds will be provided for unused services or activities during the trip.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days.
  5. Itinerary Changes:

    • The itinerary may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
    • We reserve the right to alter the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.
  6. Travel Insurance:

      • Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients.
      • It is the responsibility of the

    client to obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and evacuation expenses.

    1. Health and Fitness:

      • Participants must be in good health and physical condition to join our tours and treks.
      • Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed before the trip.
    2. Accommodation:

    • Accommodation is based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified.
    • Single supplement charges apply for solo travelers.
  7. Meals:

    • Meals are provided as per the itinerary.
    • Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.
  8. Responsibility:

    • We act as agents for transportation companies, hotels, and other services. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
  9. Force Majeure:

    • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government restrictions.
  10. Code of Conduct:

    • Clients are expected to adhere to local customs and laws.
    • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of the trip without a refund.
  11. Complaints:

    • Any complaints regarding our services must be reported immediately to our staff for prompt resolution.
